Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality or resort operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-department operations and finances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day resort operations with the General Manager.
• Provide leadership to Rooms, F&B, and Engineering departments.
• Ensure luxury service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Promote Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy in operations.
• Lead and develop department heads for efficiency and engagement.
• Improve profitability, labor management, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with executives to enhance guest journey and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
