Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Wellness & Spa Division Leader to lead our expansive four-floor Wellness & Spa operation.

This is an opportunity for a proven business leader to enhance and execute the vision, business plan, operating model, and growth strategy for a significant luxury wellness center. The successful candidate will have accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, operational excellence, SOP development, team leadership, and the overall guest experience.

We are looking for someone who can look beyond day-to-day operations and identify how to grow the business, improve profitability, increase utilization, develop new revenue streams, and build a high-performing organization.

The Center includes spa treatments, hydrothermal experiences, hammam, salon, integrative wellness, wellness programming, retail, and additional guest experiences, supported by a team of approximately 55 associates.

We’re looking for a leader with the right mindset who:

• Has a strong track record in luxury spa, wellness, resort, or hospitality leadership
• Understands P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth
• Has experience developing and executing business plans
• Can create and implement SOPs and operational systems
• Builds strong teams and holds people accountable
• Is entrepreneurial, analytical, hands-on, and results-oriented
• Understands how exceptional guest experiences and financial performance work together
