Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with cash handling, computer knowledge, and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Prior hospitality and/or sales experience, preferably at a luxury level, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and drive revenue by sharing information about Canyon Ranch services and pairing them with appropriate service enhancements.
• Book, alter, and recap services for guests with detailed notes, and check-in for appointments and services.
• Accurately handle guest transactions including cash, credit card charges, room charges, gift certificates, comps, etc.
