Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a Beauty Services Assistant at our Las Vegas location to guide guests to the right services and products, ensure smooth service flow, and support the front-of-house experience.

Responsibilities include assisting guests post-service with product recommendations and learning our POS system to process transactions efficiently. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, 2+ years in high-end retail, and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ Retail Sales experience in a high-end retail outlet.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills.
• Preferred typing speed of 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests to the appropriate service and ensure timely readiness for their appointment.
• Assist guests with product recommendations for home use following service provider guidance.
• Learn to operate and use the point of sale system for transactions.
