Job summary

Arch Amenities Group in Chicago seeks a Wellness Manager to partner with the Spa Director, translating luxury wellness strategy into market-ready programs that elevate spa, fitness, recovery, and lifestyle experiences.

You will lead programming, events, guest engagement, and commercial performance initiatives, mentor teams to uphold luxury standards, and ensure sustainable, data-driven operations across hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive experience in luxury spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, membership club, or lifestyle programming.
• Ability to move a concept from idea through planning, stakeholder alignment, launch, execution, and refinement.
• Strong commercial judgment with working knowledge of program economics, budgeting, labor, pricing, revenue generation, retail, and performance reporting.
• Experience serving multiple customer segments—hotel guests, locals, residents, and members—and designing relevant engagement strategies for each.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, relationship-building, organization, and project-management skills.
• Luxury hospitality mindset with discretion, emotional intelligence, and strong service-recovery capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with spa, membership, CRM, booking, or business‑intelligence platforms. Book4Time experience is a plus.
• Current Chicago license in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Cosmetology, or Nail Technology, if direct service delivery remains an assigned property requirement.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or must be obtained within the onboarding period.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate spa and fitness strategy into market-relevant programs, guest experiences, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate wellness programming across spa, fitness, recovery, retail, and lifestyle experiences into a cohesive offering.
• Develop and manage a luxury wellness calendar with events, classes, and private offerings.
• Lead partnerships with practitioners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build playbooks and training tools to maintain consistent service standards.
• Support daily leadership coverage and evolve the wellness agenda in line with brand standards and profitability.
