Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness or premium hospitality.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with ability to create revenue streams.
• Experience working with external partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of New York regulatory, licensing and medical‑legal requirements related to wellness operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellness partnerships and grow high‑margin revenue streams.
• Own and scale the Wellness Membership Programme with retention and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with NY health regulations across facilities and protocols.
• Lead stock control, procurement, payroll inputs and quality audits to ensure flawless operations.
• Manage complex guest concerns with discretion and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT on maintenance of clinical equipment.
• Partner with Marketing and PR to elevate the wellness proposition and guest experience.
