Next Health is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator in Miami to ensure exceptional patient experiences and personalized care across our wellness offerings. You will guide guests, answer inquiries, and align care plans with the Medical Team for a seamless start to each member's luxury journey.

Ideal candidates bring proven consultative sales in wellness or concierge medicine, strong relationship skills, and the ability to educate clients on memberships and longevity programs while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales with wellness or concierge focus.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales metrics and goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Comfort discussing memberships and premium services.
• Experience with scheduling and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury hospitality experience for every guest.
• Build relationships while understanding wellness goals.
• Educate members on services, memberships, and longevity programs.
• Convert consultations into memberships and treatment plans.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain clinic schedules.
• Conduct follow-up calls and client retention activities.
• Support onboarding and smooth wellness journeys.
• Collaborate with medical providers to create personalized care.
