Remedy Place is seeking a Remedy Specialist to be the first impression and trusted guide for members and guests, delivering luxury hospitality and personalized self-care education in a premium wellness setting.

You will guide guests through services, explain memberships, and build lasting relationships while maintaining club standards and supporting events and operations. Weekend availability is required, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury hospitality or premium wellness environments preferred.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to educate guests on services, memberships and experiences.
