Qualifications

• Licensed massage practitioner with current license
• Ability to customize sessions based on guest goals
• Maintain professional boundaries and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with license and Remedy Place standards
• Customize each session based on guest goals, intake information, and contraindications
• Maintain clear professional boundaries and communicate appropriately throughout the service
• Create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest
• Follow all sanitation, room setup, draping, documentation, and safety protocols
• Deliver a consistent, polished, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint
• Educate guests within your scope on massage benefits, recovery, mobility, and self-care
• Partner with Remedy Specialists and club leadership to support a seamless guest journey
• Stay curious and engaged in ongoing education related to bodywork and holistic self-care
• Collaborate with the full club team to create an exceptional guest experience
• Assist with room turnover, restocking, and service readiness as needed
• Participate in trainings and team meetings
