Qualifications

• Active massage therapy license in the state of employment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or related guest-facing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, contraindications, draping, sanitation, and professional boundaries.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services while maintaining Remedy Place standards.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented; weekend/holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality massage therapy services in accordance with your license and Remedy Place standards.
• Customize each session based on guest goals, intake information, and contraindications.
• Maintain clear professional boundaries and communicate appropriately throughout the service.
• Create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest.
• Follow all sanitation, room setup, draping, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Deliver a consistent, polished, luxury‑level experience at every touchpoint.
