Job description

Remedy Place is the world's first social wellness club, redefining how people socialize through self-care. We believe feeling your best should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.

Our clubs combine evidence-based wellness therapies, longevity practices, hospitality, and beautifully designed spaces to create experiences that help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Every interaction matters. Every conversation shapes the guest experience. Every team member helps define our brand.

We're looking for extraordinary people who naturally create connections, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and genuinely care about helping others feel their best.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You help guests understand the purpose, benefits, and science behind our services, guide them through the club with confidence, and recommend experiences, memberships, and packages that align with their goals, lifestyle, and self-care routines.

You understand that exceptional hospitality is not simply answering questions. It is anticipating needs, making people feel genuinely seen, and creating moments guests remember long after they leave. You are available to work weekends.

Whether introducing someone to contrast therapy for the first time, welcoming a long-time member by name, leading a thoughtful tour, or helping a guest build a more consistent self-care routine, your goal is always the same:

Leave every guest feeling better than when they arrived.
