The ideal candidate will bring catering or wedding sales experience within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a proven ability to build relationships, develop new business, and consistently convert leads.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or wedding sales experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong wedding sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage wedding and social catering business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, wedding planners, and industry partners.
• Conduct site tours and client appointments.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert qualified inquiries.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve established revenue goals.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event execution.
