Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury, a premier upscale restaurant group, seeks an experienced Event Sales Manager to generate private dining, catering, and full restaurant buyout business across its venues. You will prospect, build relationships, close deals, and consistently hit revenue targets while coordinating with GM, chefs, and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in event or hospitality sales, a proven track record, and strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and CRM-driven account management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of event sales, catering sales, private dining, restaurant sales, or hospitality sales experience.
• Experience with upscale restaurant groups, luxury hotels, catering firms, or premium event venues preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience selling private dining, restaurant buyouts, corporate and social events.
• Experience with CRM and event-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive private dining and event revenue across venues.
• Prospect new event business and build a strong pipeline.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and qualify leads.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and convert opportunities.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and handoffs to operations.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote events.
