Job summary

The Langham, Boston, part of Langham Hospitality Group, seeks a Wedding & Social Catering Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in weddings and high-value social events. You will manage the full sales cycle from qualification to contracting and event planning, delivering a luxury client journey.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in catering or hospitality sales, a background in luxury hotels, and strong planner relationships. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, event management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive catering, event or hospitality sales experience.
• Experience with Delphi or a comparable sales and catering CRM, Cvent, proposal platforms and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established annual catering revenue goals and sales objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle for weddings and social catering opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections and develop tailored proposals for clients.
• Cultivate planner and industry relationships to generate qualified business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
