Job summary

Nemacolin seeks a Wedding & Event Sales Director to lead luxury weddings, social events, and milestone celebrations at our Pennsylvania resort. You will manage inquiries from initial contact through planning and execution, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales, meticulous planning, and outstanding service.

This role partners with food & beverage, hotel operations, transportation, marketing, and guest services to align details and deliver seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, event management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in hospitality sales, event sales, wedding sales, marketing or related field.
• Leadership experience coaching/training/developing associates preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality/resort/event environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide weddings, social events, and special functions from inquiry through planning and execution.
• Cultivate client relationships with personalized service and timely communication.
• Identify opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Collaborate with resort teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance accountability.
