Job summary

Nemacolin in Pennsylvania seeks a Wedding Event Sales professional to drive wedding revenue through strategic sales, detailed planning, and flawless execution of weddings and related celebrations. You will build lasting relationships with couples, coordinate with Front Office, Banquets, Culinary, and Spa teams, and manage platforms like The Knot and WeddingWire to grow a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of wedding sales experience.
• Prior luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Delphi, Social Tables, and related hospitality management systems.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transform inquiries into confirmed weddings through consultative sales.
• Plan menus, layouts, accommodations, and personalized services.
• Coordinate across Front Office, Banquets, Culinary, and other departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage wedding platforms and respond to prospective clients.
• Support revenue growth across lodging, food & beverage, and venue rentals.
