The 1916 Company seeks a Customer Service Concierge at our Cherry Creek boutique to coordinate watch repairs and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will act as the primary contact for repair coordination between customers, technicians, and vendors, keeping customers informed at every step.

Based on on-site hours, you will enter service estimates in Salesforce, manage scheduling, sizing, and parts orders while maintaining accurate records and providing beverages to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives watch items needing repair from customers and records the condition, image, and description of the item.
• Enters estimates and other data for service jobs into Salesforce; updates estimates, dates, and pickup dates.
• Communicate with customers regarding estimates, charges, delays, and job status.
• Listen to customer concerns and involve management when necessary.
• Prepare completed repairs for pickup, determine final pricing, and ensure documentation.
• Sizes and adjusts watches for clients; orders watch bands.
• Assist in training and maintains organized repair tools.
