Job summary

Phillip Jeffries is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Sample Fulfillment at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters. You will pick, pack, and process wallcovering samples, aiming for timely delivery while upholding quality and accuracy.

You will work Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:30pm, with a focus on maintaining an organized, efficient fulfillment area and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus.
• Fork lift experience is a plus.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm

  From the moment inbound inventory arrives, you're on it—receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision. You ensure samples are always where they need to be, powering a flawless fulfillment flow.

• Embrace the power of 5S: Resetting your work area to the 5S standard is second nature to you. Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Excellent time management

• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus

• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus

• Fork lift experience is a plus
