Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Wayne, NJ location. You will compile orders, replenish and move merchandise, and assist customers, including loading products onto customer vehicles.

You will check inventory, interact with customers, and operate a forklift as needed. We offer both full-time and part-time roles. Candidates should be 18+, have basic math skills, and some warehouse or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor (F&D).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Restock the show floor with product and organize merchandise.
• Load out customers with the correct product and help customers find items.
