Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-touch client experience.
• Develop and maintain an active client book.
• Advise on luxury suiting, tailoring, and style.
• Conduct wardrobe consultations and styling sessions.
• Grow Made-to-Measure sales via client consultation and fittings.
• Take measurements and adjust fit.
• Achieve store sales goals through service and product knowledge.
• Manage clienteling from intro to post-sale follow-up.
