Job summary

Brobston Group in California seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee visual merchandising standards at the boutique, including window installations and the setup and maintenance of fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins.

You will partner with boutique management and the Visual Lead to uphold guidelines and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to seasonal campaigns and new collections.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or higher position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art- or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, and digital photography.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client-experience skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push items up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain window and sales-floor merchandising between floor sets, installations, and collection launches.
• Photograph boutique displays after sets and update photos when changes are made.
• Manage projects independently and deliver timely results.
