Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to coordinate standards and execution for boutique displays. You will support floor and window arrangements, and work closely with boutique management to maintain visual guidelines.

You will photograph displays, update visual docs, and ensure consistency across installations, floor sets, and new collections. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar or higher position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art or fashion studies.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, digital photography, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to boutique teams.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain merchandise presentation across windows and selling floors between floor sets, installations, and collection launches.
• Photograph completed displays and update visual documentation.
