Phillip Jeffries Ltd. seeks a Visual Design Manager in Fairfield, NJ. The role combines creative design, project leadership, and showroom standardization to elevate brand storytelling across global locations.

You will lead a small team, own timelines, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive premium customer experiences. Travel ~3 days/month; hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in visual merchandising or store design, ideally luxury retail.
• Strong portfolio showing creative display work and showroom execution.
• Understanding of luxury design space retail, sales, and marketing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Design elevated visual displays communicating product launches and campaigns.
• Develop showroom props, florals, styling elements, and immersive displays.
• Lead design for tradeshows, pop-up showrooms, and experiential environments.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to align storytelling with business goals.
• Research trends in luxury retail to inform innovation and engagement.
• Maintain merchandising standards across all showrooms.
• Manage projects from concept through installation within scope, timeline, and budget.
