Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering luxury retail, showroom, hospitality, or experiential environments.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and construction administration experience.
• Experience mentoring designers or project teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from programming through construction and occupancy.
• Create design solutions, mood boards, presentations, and FF&E specifications.
• Translate brand vision into compelling showroom experiences.
• Develop luxury retail and showroom environments that reflect the Phillip Jeffries aesthetic.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, consultants, bidding, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery from concept to completion.
• Support portfolio strategy and showroom refresh roadmaps.
• Drive process improvements and explore AI tools to enhance workflow.
