Job summary

Phillip Jeffries seeks a Visu al Design Manager to elevate showroom experiences with luxury displays and cohesive brand storytelling. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Showroom teams to ensure compelling visuals and on-brand executions.

The role blends creative design, project leadership, and team mentorship, with hybrid work in Fairfield, NJ three days on-site and two remote. Excellent portfolio required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• 4–6 years in visual merchandising or store design, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing display work and showroom execution.
• Travel for projects approx. three days per month.

Responsibilities

• Create elevated visual displays and communicate product launches and brand stories.
• Develop showroom props, florals, styling, and immersive displays.
• Lead design and execution for tradeshows, pop-ups, and experiential environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align storytelling with business goals.
• Research trends in luxury retail to inform innovation and engagement.
