Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a VIC Manager to lead VIP client relationships and grow high-value client networks in a luxury retail setting. You will partner with store leadership to drive sales, client acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships with luxury brands and venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience
• 3+ years in the luxury segment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Experience with international luxury brands is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP/VIC and high-value clients
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and engage top clients
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales through events, activations, collaborations, and external partnerships
• Build a network within the local and international luxury community
• Partner with luxury hotels, fine dining, fashion outlets, stylists, and other relevant contacts to develop new business opportunities
• Organize and manage high-end client events and experiences
• Track and analyze VIC initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize results
• Drive a strong culture of clienteling and relationship building
• Partner with store leadership on strategies to meet and exceed sales and KPI goals
• Stay current on luxury fashion, market trends, and client preferences
• Resolve client service issues quickly and effectively
