Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Tower Engineer to perform general maintenance across the hotel suites property-wide, with duties aligned to safety and departmental policies. You will respond to daily maintenance calls, manage a preventative maintenance program, and assist the Engineering department to protect guests and the facility, including troubleshooting and ensuring clean, safe operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years on-the-job experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to hotel suite daily maintenance calls.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program for the hotel.
• Troubleshoot complex maintenance problems and develop creative solutions.
• Maintain, repair, modify and enhance facilities and services.
• Handle supplies safely and maintain hygiene and disposal methods.
• Maintain consistent and regular attendance.
