You will manage facilities systems, collaborate with other departments, and drive sustainable practices to enhance guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of HVAC/engineering leadership in hospitality, with refrigeration certification and strong knowledge of

Formación

• Experience as Director or Assistant Director in hospitality engineering.
• 3–5 years experience with hotel HVAC systems.
• Refrigeration, HVAC certification.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, life safety systems.
• Budget management and financial responsibility experience.
