Job summary

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company serving high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami three-county area. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis and supervise daily valet operations.

You will oversee valet attendants, ensure top-tier customer service, monitor vehicle flow, train new staff on procedures and safety, and enforce company policies. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus. Schedule: Mon-Sun 9AM-5PM.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a supervisor in valet parking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service.
• Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression.
• Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval.
• Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management.
• Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed.
• Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
