Qualifications

• Documentation: A valid Driver’s License and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.
• Driving Skills: A clean driving record is a must; manual transmission is a plus.

• Communication: Read and write professionally, follow instructions, and handle U.S. currency accurately.
• Problem Solving: Calm, professional approach to resident concerns.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: proactively resolving guest/resident requests, explaining rates, and providing local directions.
• Vehicle Safety: Inspect every vehicle on arrival and follow all traffic laws for safe parking.
• Operational Excellence: Arrive on time and maintain a pristine uniform throughout the shift.
