Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Valet to deliver5-star, friendly service in a luxury residential setting. You will greet residents and guests, drive and valet vehicles, and provide prompt, knowledgeable assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Two to three years of industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and professional with residents/guests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Parks and retrieves resident and guest vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Complete Driver safety training and evaluation program.
• Operate house car shuttle to pick up/drop off passengers as directed.
• Report concerns to management, concierge, or onsite leadership.
• Support the front desk procedures and incident reporting as required.
• Walk dogs for residents upon request and clean up after pets when needed.
• Provide superior customer service and a positive first/last impression.
