Solaris Residences in Vail, CO is seeking a Bell/Valet Attendant to join our Guest Services team. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals, luggage, valet parking, and property orientation, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest and homeowner.

In this role you will safely park and retrieve vehicles, provide shuttle service as needed, and coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain a spotless arrival area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of service-focused experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely operate guest and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during arrivals and departures.
• Assist with luggage, valet parking, and property orientation.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles; provide guest shuttle as needed.
• Deliver luggage, groceries, packages, and special requests promptly during stays.
• Maintain a clean, organized arrival area and coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
