Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho, seeks a Door & Valet Attendant to deliver luxury arrival and departure services, assist with luggage and transportation, and guide guests through resort amenities. The role crosses Bell, Door, Transportation and Valet duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The position requires the ability to stand and move throughout shifts, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort, valet, transportation, guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional arrival, departure, transportation and guest assistance services.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet operations, transportation and guest orientation.
• Engage guests and provide a luxury-level first and last impression aligned with Viceroy standards.
• Cross-train across Bell, Door, Transportation and Valet and adapt to shifts as needed.
• Maintain safety, security and operational procedures and attend required trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in lobby, valet and arrival areas.
• Support Front Office and guest requests with timely service.
