Job summary

Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection's 140-acre Hudson Valley retreat, is seeking a Valet to greet guests and manage arrivals with courtesy and efficiency.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests, coordinate with hotel departments, and help ensure a smooth, memorable stay. A minimum of one year in valet/bellman in luxury settings, flexible schedule, valid license, and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as valet or bellman in a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license meeting insurer requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently and securely.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist guests with belongings.
• Manage traffic at valet station and maintain order.
• Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and special requests.
• Serve as liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
