Job summary

Parking Management Company, PMC, is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver exceptional customer service on every shift.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers tips and base pay with diverse schedules (full-time or part-time). You’ll wear a professional uniform, maintain safety standards, and help create a welcoming first impression that reflects PMC’s standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; service attitude mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas at all times.
• Follow attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
