Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and contribute to a polished, guest-first experience at luxury hotels, resorts, and events.

As the first and last impression, you will move quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional appearance while providing outstanding service and teamwork.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers tips and opportunities to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage traffic flow and assist guests with questions.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Clock in/out and report tips according to policy.
• Attend staff meetings and training.
