Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts & events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver outstanding service with a polished, professional presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean valet area and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests, vendors, and team members.
• Attend staff meetings and training modules as required.
