Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Attendant to join our luxury hotel, resort, and event teams. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver high-quality service with energy, confidence, and a professional presence. This non-exempt, hourly role offers competitive pay plus tips.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation are required. Shifts can be full-time or part-time and uniforms, safety standards, and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support teamwork to ensure high-quality experiences.
