Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a Valet Attendant to deliver first-class hospitality at luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure a polished, professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

This on-site, non-exempt role offers hourly pay plus tips and is available full-time or part-time. You must be able to work outdoors, maintain a sharp appearance, and contribute to a safe, high-quality service standard.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; attitude mandatory.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with strong guest service.
• Follow safety protocols and proper key handling.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable.
• Provide exceptional guest service and teamwork.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training.
