Job summary

Natural Retreats is seeking a Property Manager for the Santa Rosa Beach, FL area to serve as the liaison between homeowners and the company. You will oversee property operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting new homeowners with 360 Blue processes and standards.

The role requires managing housekeeping, inspections, and vendor relations to protect the luxury standard. Flexible hours and a focus on exceptional service are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered under NR’s vehicle insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with homeowners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated point of contact for homeowners and communicate effectively.
• Analyze data to ensure revenue goals for homes are met.
• Oversee onboarding of new homeowners and properties.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to meet service standards.
• Review homeowner charges and generate accurate statements.
• Promote Natural Retreats destinations to guests and colleagues.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness of homes.
