Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to present vacation ownership opportunities at the Club Wyndham Desert Blue in Las Vegas.

You will engage prospective owners and use closing techniques to convert leads into sales, while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. We provide ongoing training, a vibrant team environment, and a path to significant earnings through a structured incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Nevada real estate and/or timeshare license (TSA) or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong objection handling and closing skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, tenacious demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at Club Wyndham Desert Blue.
• Generate sales through closing techniques.
• Present travel benefits and ownership opportunities.
• Attend ongoing training and meet performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
• Maintain up-to-date sales information and industry trends.
