Job summary

Exploria Resorts is hiring a driven Sales Representative for Summer Bay Orlando. You will conduct in-person presentations at our resort sales center, building rapport with prospective owners and explaining the luxury vacation ownership experience.

Eligible candidates enjoy uncapped earnings through 8%–10% commissions, a real estate license is highly preferred, and we provide industry-leading training, prequalified leads, and a full benefits package with W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Professional work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude.
• Prior face-to-face sales or marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in vacation ownership sales or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in the Summer Bay resort sales center.
• Find commonality with prospective owners and communicate Exploria Resorts benefits.
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and using proper closing techniques.
• Leads are prequalified and provided by the company; apply the front-line sales process.
