A luxury travel advisory firm in Santa Monica is seeking an organized individual for a back-end operations role supporting the travel booking process. Responsibilities include assisting with quoting, booking travel, and managing client itineraries. Candidates should have a relevant degree or experience, strong attention to detail, and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment. A flexible work schedule is offered, including on-site and remote options.

Qualificações

• Must live in Los Angeles.
• Weekend hours when clients are traveling and issues come up.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the team with administrative tasks such as quoting luxury hotels and travel booking.
• Update client database and review workflow.
• Create and manage client itineraries via AXUS.
• Create client-facing quotes for trips tailored to clients’ needs.

Conhecimentos

Experienced in Excel and Google Suite

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable with performing routine tasks

Proactive in coming up with solutions

Comfortable on the phone and emailing

Thrive in a fast paced environment

Formação académica

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline
