Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator in Solana Beach, CA to deliver end-to-end luxury travel experiences. You will support Travel Consultants, manage bookings and post-booking communications, and coordinate add-ons like excursions, dining, and spa experiences.

Ideal candidates will excel under pressure, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and maintain a pristine guest experience aligned with our high standards for luxury travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (call centre, hospitality, airlines, luxury retail, or guest relations).
• Understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
• Ability to work toward team KPIs and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Travel Consultants to align operational execution with sales efforts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate additional trip elements including excursions, dining, and spa experiences.
• Deliver exceptional post-booking guest communication to support team KPIs and overall service standards.
• Collaborate with Product Teams on new properties and concierge requirements.
• Manage bookings for ancillary services such as car hire, upgrades, transfers, and insurance.
