Key Responsibilities :

Consult with clients to assess cruise preferences, travel goals, and budget

Research and recommend cruise lines, ships, cabin types, and itineraries

Coordinate bookings, upgrades, excursions, and onboard packages

Provide accurate information regarding cruise documentation, policies, and payment timelines

Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests as needed

Requirements :
