Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf, a premier private club in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Tennis Shop Coordinator to support members and guests alongside the Assistant Tennis Professionals. You will handle POS operations, assist with scheduling, merchandise, and customer service at the tennis shop.

Join a PGA TOUR network property focused on outstanding member service, teamwork, and maintaining shop appearance, inventory, and cleanliness, while performing light court/grounds upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• At least 6 months of experience in general business practices/retail sales.
• Previous customer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests professionally.
• Communicate clearly with members, guests and staff and provide assistance.
• Answer phones to schedule court times and assist with lesson scheduling as needed.
• Operate the point of sale system per Club Operations Manual.
• Handle cash, process payments and record charges per SOPs.
• Maintain purchase order system, inventory receiving and ensure proper prices.
• Assist with routine cleaning of the tennis shop and displays.
• Sell merchandise and stay knowledgeable in products and sales techniques.
• Keep displays at par stock levels meeting PGA TOUR standards.
• Perform light maintenance on courts and grounds as directed.
• Undertake special projects or other duties as assigned.
