Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA, part of the PGA TOUR network, seeks an Outside Operations Staff member to greet members and guests, assist with golf car operations, and support the overall golf experience. This role emphasizes friendly service, safety, and smooth operations across opening to closing shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience, preferably in a country club setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in customer service preferred, ideally in a country club setting.

Responsibilities

Assist PGA TOUR players, members and guests with golfing needs to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Greet and welcome members and guests.
Unload and prep golf cars at opening; move cars from facility to bag staging area.
Handle loading/unloading of golf bags; assist with transportation of people and gear as needed.
Provide information to members/guests to help them enjoy the course (e.g., yardage markers).
Keep golf cars clean, stocked with towels, scorecards, pencils, and divot repair materials.
Drive and park golf cars, perform light maintenance and report service needs.
Ensure club rules, dress code, and beverage policies are followed by members and guests.
