Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated team member to ensure suites are prepared before guest arrival and to coordinate with suite attendants and culinary staff to maintain quality and presentation. You will help meet food quantities and presentation standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

The role requires leading experience and physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods; flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
• Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
• Develops a positive rapport with guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
