Job summary
Exemplar Luxury Group's Neiman Marcus division in Beverly Hills is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, servicing in-store and digital clients using the latest technology. You will speak about fashion with authority and report to the Sales Manager.
The role is on-site at Beverly Hills, focusing on achieving personal sales goals, wardrobing clients, and leveraging omni-channel tools to drive business while delivering
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion retail experience.
- Commission-based sales experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to boost sales.
- Discuss product with clients whether remote or in-person.
- Use selling tools and omni-channel inventory to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
- Develop own business through outreach and technology.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to guide traffic.
- Collaborate to create a positive work environment.
