Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, in-store and digitally using the latest technology. You will be their trusted style confidante, speaking about fashion and trends with authority both in person and online.

This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on achieving personal sales and wardrobe goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools is preferred.
• Strong styling, fashion retail knowledge and brand fluency expected.
• Commission-based sales experience advantageous.
• Flexible work schedule required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a customer-centric approach and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales, using technology and wardrobing.
• Effectively engage with clients whether remote or in-store, using omni-channel tools.
• Leverage selling tools and inventory data to maximize sales and client outreach.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals.
• Develop personal business through outreach and technology usage.
• Engage clients via digital channels to guide traffic and close sales.
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
